Our engineers will carry out a boiler service on an annual basis. It is a legal requirement for landlords to carry out a gas safety check every 12 months by a gas safe registered engineer. inFinnerty Gas can provide landlords with a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate on completion of work. For domestic customers, we highly recommend inspecting the boiler on an annual basis to minimise the risk of problems occurring overtime. Keeping on top of any servicing can reduce the risk of more expensive repairs in future.
